If you love Barga and respect the environment it’s time to work altogether as a community to help clean up our territory and to keep it clean not only for the inhabitants but also for the thousands of tourists that come to visit the town of Barga and its surrounding villages every year.

This is the reason why we have launched the “Clean up the territory of Barga” campaign in collaboration with the Town Hall.

The first “Clean Up” Day is planned for Sunday 12th April at Parco Kennedy in Barga and contemporarily in Fornaci di Barga at Parco Menichini and then a second day will follow a month later to clean up other parts of the territory.

We are looking for volounteers to actively take part in this important campaign and cooperate as a community: families – associations – gardeners – farmers – pensioners.

More details of the “Clean Up” Day will be published by the end of March.
